# What is Código Brazuca?

Current situation:

In current days, speaking mainly of Brazil, there is a great lack of access for young people. This scenario is even greater when we talk about people from outskirts. Moreover, in many cases employees accommodate themselves with their situation and do not seek to improve their lives. We live at the same time in a situation of self-indugence and lack of access. Self-indugence because one part of the population already have what they think that is enough for them. And lack of access because many people do not have the appropriate means concerning education. With this in mind, the Código Brazuca project aims to be a solution.

Código Brazuca is a project that seeks to recode the lives of young people from peripheral areas by making accessible the means for them to enter the Job Market through the teaching web3 programming and blockchain fundamentals.

Mission:

### 1) Eradication of poverty

Provide opportunities for young people to achieve a good standard of living for themselves and their families.

### 2) Education of quality

The goal is not only to make new developers, but mainly to teach what the traditionals schools do not provide: to learn how to learn, to have protagonism of life and become the people that will transform and help the lives of other people.

### 3) Technological inovation

Blockchain is a disruptive technology that has changing the way that we see the world. Teach blockchain for the young people today and we will have a different and better world tomorrow.
