# c) 到底谁控制着比特币?

比特币 Core 不是比特币网络, 不是比特币网络的指挥和控制点, 而是比特币的焦点, 仅此而已. 比特币网络并没有被比特币 Core 控制, 也就是在事实意义上, 开发中心化和缺乏严格流程的问题不会直接影响比特币. 但是比特币 Core 可能会被这些人控制: GitHub 内部员工 (偷偷篡改), 和几个开发者的密钥 (而不是那几个开发者本人). 其中开发者有经历过因为舆论退出, 或者被其他人踢出的情况. 当开发者的推送不被通过时, 他们就有可能会直接硬来, 进行分叉. 我们需要更多的目光聚焦在比特币 Core 或者其他开发团队上, 才能确保至少比特币网络的焦点是正确的.
