Grok, as an artificial intelligence (ai) system developed by xAI, is fundamentally a generative pre-trained transformer (GPT)-style large language model (LLM) that has evolved through iterative versions into a highly sophisticated, multimodal, reasoning-centric neural architecture. This ai system is represented on X as @grok So when we say "Grok" in the context of this conversation, we are referring to the the ai system developed by xAI which responds in real-time on the X social feed under the @grok handle. Grok in this context is @grok - and **GROK** has money. * * * **HAS** ------- In order to explain how GROK **_HAS_** money we'll need to revisit some tweets and explain some tech. On March 7, 2025, xAI "turned on" the @grok account, giving its ai the ability to respond whenever it was tagged by a user. At 3:25 AM CST, @coin\_domin was able to prompt @grok to talk to @bankrbot (a defi agent built on base - Coinbase's Ethereum L2) to deploy a token called $DRB (Debt Relief Bot).
