7月至 8 月间，在加密市场的起起落落中，DeFi 应用归于沉寂，NFT 项目地板价接连跳水，公链赛道冷冷清清。如此境遇下，两起千万级别的融资来自去中心化社交赛道。 8 月 11 日，去中心化通讯协议 Satellite IM 完成 1050 万美元的种子轮融资，由 Multicoin 和 Framework Ventures 领投，Solana Ventures、Hashed 等机构参投。7 月 13 日，去中心化社交底层网络 Farcaster 完成 3000 万美元融资，由知名加密风投机构 a16z 领投，Standard Crypto、Coinbase Ventures 等参投。
