**THE CLAPART PLATFORM**

CLAPART is a web app platform, suitable for both mobile and desktop usage, aiming to bring the investment experience simply and intuitively to the hands of their users. Using CLAPART, fans can invest in tokenized artworks and projects from their favourite artists and influencers. To simplify the process, CLAPART has created the Royalty Share Token (RST), a unit of measurement for the tokenized portion of the artworks/projects on the platform.

In time, the RSTs owned by users will return an income from the royalty income generated by the projects in which they invested.

**ROYALTY SHARE TOKEN**

When creators fundraise, they are tokenizing up to 80% of their listing to be bought by fans on the platform. This enables them to raise funds and gives fans a share of their artwork. To simplify measuring how royalties are earned, CLAPART has decided to denominate each listing in 1,000, 10,000, or 100,000 units of RST.

**BUSINESS MODEL**

CLAPART is generating revenue based on the fees collected from in-app transactions.

**FEES**

*   Financing fee: When a creator lists their project for fundraising on the platform, they agree to pay a fee of 2-5% of the raised funds towards CLAPART.
    
*   Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fee: As a part of each fundraiser, the creator can choose to donate part of the funds raised for a cause of their choice, available through the platform. This amount will be at the discretion of the artist.
    
*   Transaction fee: With the upcoming secondary market launch, RST holders will be able to sell their RST tokens to other interested parties. Each sale will bear a commission of 3%, split between the seller and the buyer. The tokens collected from transaction fees will be split as such:  
      
    60% of the amount will be burned  
    40% will be sent to CLAPART, to fund development efforts
