# 放松，与我为什么加入一个跑跑web3

放松中。 之前没用过stepN，正在下载。 不太喜欢跑步，但是跑步是我跟我爸唯一的“交心”时间。当眼前的景象不停变换、自己心跳脉搏被感应的时候，好像人也更敞开了一点点。之前不敢提及、不知道怎么提及的东西，就这么轻轻松松地呼吸出来了。甚至会为了多说一点，主动提议“我们再跑一圈吧？” 净化、清除、敞开，让该去的去，才会有该来的来，而我自恒常在。
