# Superfluid 交互教程

Superfluid流支付我就不介绍了，直接进入主题。

现在共支持7条链，

这次以Arbitrum One链进行演示。

第一步，首先将资金存入协议，现在需要存入的token, 授权并存入。

第二步，发送token到目标地址（可发送到自己小号），可选择年/月/周/日等不同的时间划分进行发送。

**发送前注意红色提示，如果不在代币金额用完前取消支付，将造成最后4小时的代币损失。所有一定要登记好并做好提醒。**
