Here are the tips for Aavegotchi fans who want to participate in the land sale:

1.  there are 3 types of land: humble, reasonable, spacious. spacious land has most resources, humble has least resources.
    
2.  there are 4 types of tokens: FUD, FOMO, REK, Alpha, which can be used to create nft items in games.
    
3.  land owner can use aavegochi to farm the above 4 types of tokens.
    
4.  a good strategy: on first day, bid the lowest price, so you can earn some $GHST if outbid by others; on the last day, pick the best land, and then bid the one you like.
    
5.  land in district 1 and 16 are popular, or you can pick the land that close to the guilds.
