# Coinbase - 传统世界通往crypto world的摆渡人

最近的一期Bankless对Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong的访谈使我更了解这家公司作为crypto world 一员的价值所在，**那就是作为摆渡者能让人们渡过传统世界到crypto native的彼岸**。

为了达成这个目标，Brian阐述了Coinbase想做和不想做的事情。

首先说他想做的事情

1.  成为crypto基础设施服务的提供商，也就是”**AWS for crypto”。**
    
2.  成为元宇宙的一部分，发行NFT是其中的一步。
    
3.  成为crypto的布道者，向大众，监管者和华盛顿宣传crypto究竟是何物，撇除他们心中对于crypto的偏见，从而建立起正确的认知。
    

再说说他不想做的事情

1.  不会建立自己的智能链和智能合约系统，他认为这些事情已经有很多人再做了，自己没有做的必要，就算这么做可以多增加500亿美金的市值。
    
2.  不会为某条智能链选边站队\*\*(chain agnostic)\*\*，而是会为促进整个行业的发展做出努力。
    
3.  目前没有计划砸钱做市场推广，比如不会像FTX一样为迈阿密球场冠名。
    
4.  不会在只有50-50胜率的情况下在法庭上挑战监管者，因为一旦失败，后面很难翻盘。
