Distribution Overview
---------------------

1\. Airdrop v1 (direct migration allocation): **651,677,323 GUDOS**

Purpose: One-to-one migration for ERC20 holders who completed migration on time.

Notes: Distributed to the same EVM addresses on BNB Chain.

2\. Vested Airdrop (week 1 unlock): **80,000,000 GUDOS**

Purpose: Controlled unlocking to reduce immediate sell pressure while including eligible recipients.

Vesting: Linear unlock over one week after launch.

3\. Vested Reserve (3-month unlock): **80,000,000 GUDOS**

Purpose: Addresses subject to vesting safeguards and late claimers.

Vesting: Linear unlock over three months.

Rationale: Some ERC20 holders exceeded two percent supply. The vesting framework protects market health and gives time to coordinate with those holders.

4\. Liquidity Pool: **188,322,677 GUDOS**

Purpose: Initial on-chain liquidity on BNB DEXes and ongoing market operations.

Notes: Seeded with BNB to target the planned starting market parameters at launch.

Total check: 651,677,323 + 80,000,000 + 80,000,000 + 188,322,677 = 1,000,000,000

Why This Structure
------------------

*   Protects existing holders during the chain transition by matching migrated balances and preventing single-wallet shocks.
    
*   Uses short and medium vesting windows to smooth supply while honoring rightful recipients.
    
*   Provides a clear LP tranche to support trading, price discovery, and integrations post-launch.

Distribution and Vesting Logic
------------------------------

*   Migrated holders receive BEP20 tokens prior to BNB trading going live.
    
*   Week-1 vested bucket unlocks gradually over seven days.
    
*   Three-month vested bucket unlocks gradually over ninety days.
    
*   Late ERC20 holders who did not migrate before the cutoff may claim from the three-month vesting pool once their window opens.

Notes on Market Safety
----------------------

*   Vesting safeguards exist because a few ERC20 wallets held unusually large percentages.
    
*   Staggered unlocks reduce the chance of single-transaction sell-offs distorting initial BNB market conditions.
    
*   The LP allocation is sized to establish orderly trading while leaving headroom for growth and future liquidity programs.
