Manual testing experience in electronics industry is really rich. It is not that the experience should be further multiplied. More it should multiply the consciousness for continuous improvement and inspire every techie. In short, yes, we need more/better vendors with different approaches and different technologies. Right mix is essential for more effective distribution as well as the continuous improvement of user experience. Summary As per Microsoft, the keynote of the session, their focus is to provide top level engineers and subject matter experts in the industry. So I guess Microsoft believes the vendors should be Indian. I can’t tell if Microsoft has realized the need of Indian vendors, or it’s just a result of the platform of their IT business growth strategy. It’s really exciting to see Microsoft has confidence in Indian developers for their future plans and initiatives. I also had a chance to meet Nilofer and listen to her experiences as well. We discussed about IT industry opportunities and possible steps to increase developer in India.
