spectral是一个链上的信用评分系统，有点类似于区块链世界的“芝麻信用” 目前参与交互可以获得一个NFC（不可替代信用代币） 该项目八月份的时候完成了2300万的融资，General Catalyst 和 Social Capital 领投，参投方包括 Samsung、Gradient Ventures、Section 32、Franklin Templeton、Circle Ventures 和 Jump Capital。 个人感觉这种信用评级类的产品目前市场上看到不多，有一定的交互价值。 交互流程比较简单： Step1： https://chainlist.org/ 在钱包中添加goerli和arbitrum goerli的测试网，这一步直接在chainlist上完成就可以了。 step2： https://faucet.paradigm.xyz/ 去官方推荐的水龙头领水，打开链接直接把钱包地址贴进去就可以领到。（需要绑定一个推特号，至少50个粉丝，注册时间超过一个月，发过内容） step:3： https://bridge.arbitrum.io/?l2ChainId=421613 去arbitrum的官方跨链桥上，把领到的在goerli测试网上的eth测试币通过跨链操作转一些到arbitrum测试网上，大概需要耗时15分钟左右step4： https://app.spectral.finance/account 进入项目官网，点击account，选择creat NFTC，按照指引，一步步生成自己的NFC即可，中间可能会出错，多点几次就可以，确保钱包网络是在Arbitrum Goerli上
