**Who are Web3 people?**

What is the difference between a Web2 person and a Web3 person?

My vision based on experience in building own [#Web3](https://lenster.xyz/search?q=Web3&type=pubs&src=link_click) community. 💪

_Web2 people are generally passive observers.😑_

Web3 people

Persons who use a product and remain within it without engaging anyone outside.

Web3 is a new layer where active persons take precedence, with strong emphasis on communication skills. 📞📲

Communication is the most vital and necessary skill set in the current Web3 sphere! 💪💪💪

**What are the main distinguishing features we see in Web3 person?** 👋

_1⃣ Monetization of actions_

They know their worth and the value of their actions. 💎

They exactly want receive rewards for some actions on the Internet,

this is some kind of monetization of actions.💰

_2⃣Voting right_

They have a voting right or can influence platform decisions

by government tokens or something else. 🗳️

_3⃣ Micro influencing_

They don't passively sit inside the platform and stew in their own juice. 🥤

They can spread information further on social networks about the project.

I would call it micro influencing...👱‍♀️🧑‍🦱👩‍🦰🧑

It's constant promotions,

It's a long marathon and gradual engaging people.🏃‍♂️

It's a stable, somewhere boring and routine work and even changing their mind. 🏃
