Harmonix uses protocol revenue and treasury reserves to continuously accumulate $HAR and $HYPE. Here is where we stand this quarter.

By the Numbers
--------------

**15,000,000 $HAR** bought back from the open market.

**1,500 $HYPE** accumulated from protocol revenue.

A portion of these tokens will be allocated to HAR staking rewards, allowing us to reward stakers without inflating supply while deepening Harmonix's long-term alignment with Hyperliquid.

How We Deploy Capital
---------------------

This is not a fixed monthly or quarterly commitment. We deploy capital under two conditions:

Protocol revenue is above a minimum threshold. $HAR is trading below our internal fair value target.

When both conditions are met, we act. When they are not, we wait.
