To be public goods, the support of people of mind, let alone the services of volunteers. In Hainan, there is such a group of people who mourn the elderly, look for children with disabilities, and establish a dedicated library … They have devoted their time and energy to providing practical assistance to those in need as possible. The current programme allows us to hear about volunteerism.
