When you are building in the space, setting up a wallet, storing your recovery phrase, connecting your wallet to a front end and signing transactions are second nature. But these are complicated, messy things to learn.Focus on communityThe power of community has been on full display with superfans marketing for their NFTs, culture being created, memes and growth/support/onboarding. Customers -> Users -> MembersCreating experiencesYou need to think beyond the token, NFT or smart contract as your product. User journeys, access and content paths are major tools are your disposal and a big part of howBlockchain ImmutabilityIf your product is a smart contract you’ll quickly see how hard it is to ship updates as you may be used to. You aren’t one and done as existing apps have released updates via new contracts.
