However, the distribution will be proportionally adjusted if the hard cap isn't reached. Immediately after, funds and tokens move to a **3-of-5 multisig**, and the contracts enter **competitive audits on CodeHawks or Cantina (TBD)**. Only when every critical finding is resolved do we trigger **liquidity deployment on Optimism**—your cue that $HERA is live, tradeable, and already earning protocol fees for stakers. Even after the presale ends and funds have been transferred to the multisig wallet, users can still request refunds. However, since the funds will have been moved, they will need to contact the team through a ticket in our Discord server. If the soft-cap is not reached, funds will remain in the contract until the community decides whether they wish to proceed with the contribution, even though the soft-cap wasn't achieved.
