# Namecheap收购域名服务商Namebase

域名注册服务商Namecheap近日宣布收购去中心化域名服务Handshake开发商Namebase。Namebase将继续作为独立平台运营，同时也将受到Namecheap的资源扶持。

据悉，Namecheap是第一个接受BTC支付的域名注册服务商，收购Namebase后将致力于引领Handshake走向大规模采用。
