Governments are out of fuel. in the tank All of them know, if they fuck up one more time, it will really be it. COVID has already exhausted all their budgets, and another episode of thousands of deaths per day is pretty much the point where all hell breaks loose.

The earlier waves have shown them how to be prepared. Its all the same stuff - close flights down, quarantine those who travelled etc. In the first wave, every single government across the world down played, it, and didnt react for almost 2-3 months. Now they are reacting on the same day.

Thos selling now are going to have to fomo back in soon lmao. This is unlike 2020 Feb/March. There are many aspects that are different, from having antibodies to governments treating this outbreak on a war footing from day 1

Unless this mutation is somehow super deadly and completely resistant to all antibodies, its not going to be a big deal. And early data from scientists show its a rather mild strain and neither super deadly, and South Africa data shows those with anti-bodies had very mild infections
