To live simply, or to live simply? Everything in the world is the same, Zen, minimalism, life. Anything, done to the extreme, is art. Zen, minimalism, life, too. I do "Dry landscape" garden design, is to put the concept of Zen into the design, such a Zen design, is the art of garden design. Similarly, the concept of minimalist into life, is the art of minimalist living. The so-called minimalist life, that is, in life, nothing is wasted, only have what you really need. Zen tells us that such a life is a beautiful life. The most common connection between Zen and minimalism is that they are both tools to help you achieve freedom. Simple, free, is good enough, the rest, are unnecessary. Modern times are an age of material inundation. Even if you don't need something, you will buy it as soon as you see it. Even if you already have a lot of something in your home, you'll keep a few more in advance in case you run out of it. Today, there are countless people who are living far from "simple" lives as a result of this overcrowding of their homes. The dictionary has the words "simplicity" and "frugality". These two words seem very similar, but in fact they are fundamentally different. Simplicity means getting rid of superfluous things and figuring out what you really need. For example, tea lovers are interested in teacups. For such people, although the price of tea bowls is a little high, drinking tea in their favorite teacups can enrich their hearts. I think this kind of people can buy expensive teacups. They also treasure it after they buy it. Instead of buying a lot of cheap cups, buy cups that will last a lifetime, which is the best interpretation of "simple life". And "frugality" means using cheap things. Whether it's a teacup or anything else, frugal people choose cheap. For them, teacups, as long as you can buy tea. Around you, there should also be people who think so! I don't think such people need to buy expensive teacups. Because if there is no special care, cheap goods will meet individual needs. In other words, people who do not pursue quality, who do not have a sense of high standards of ceremony, can buy cheap things. In daily life, people should cultivate the ability to distinguish "which aspects should pursue high quality" and "which aspects should be frugal". What are the things you must have? What is superfluous in the things we hold now? What are the things that really make you feel satisfied? If EVERYBODY IS IN THE LIFE OFTEN ASK ONESELF THESE A FEW QUESTIONS, NATURE CAN BECOME VERY RELAXED IN THE HOME. Simplicity leads to minimalism, and, at its core, simplicity nourishes our hearts. The thought of simplicity and simplicity is also the basic idea of Zen. So the closer you get to minimalism, the closer you get to Zen. This is Zen and the art of minimalist living.
