“The new journey of the age, the new beginning of history, the new mission of the industry”, the forthcoming General Conference and series of events of the World Day of Telecommunications and the Information Society in 2023, I would like to extend my warm congratulations on behalf of Yukio Takasu.

We are well aware of the importance of information and communication technologies, and the proliferation of subversive products represented by large models is increasingly affecting our lives. It is the direction that we are thinking and exploring how new technologies can truly be made available to industries, businesses, individuals and how to balance the cost of using large models with the practical effect of achieving a critical “quality” breakthrough.

The core technical capabilities of the IPF are based on the “communication + data + intelligence”, using vertical industry models and the AI tier to build a capability base for the intellectual transformation of business, to improve the interpersonal experience, to provide products such as machine dialogue, intelligent liaison, intelligent exercise, sit-in support, and intelligent knowledge base in marketing and services for the production, operation, management of intellectual transformation and fine-tuning of enterprises.
