美国国会议员 Tom Emmer 和 Darren Soto 致信美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Gary Gensler，呼吁 SEC 批准基于现货比特币资产的的 ETF 交易产品。这两位议员认为，目前 SEC 审批通过的基于比特币期货的 ETF 的产品波动性可能会比现货 ETF 大很多，而且由于比特币期货通常以溢价交易等因素，可能会给投资者带来更多费用。
