The dynamics of applying blockchain technology has given regulators a tough job. Technology which for many seemed unlikely to become commonplace has become what governments and institutions focus on without really understanding the scope of it. The topic of this session is the position of blockchain technology in legal systems: Where are we today and what do we actually need (from VASP standards to MiCA).
