2 将自己需要跨链的sepolia测试网的eth，转至合约地址 0xc644cc19d2A9388b71dd1dEde07cFFC73237Dca8

即可跨链成功，然后钱包切换至blast sepolia测试网，即可看到自己跨链的eth

链接钱包，选择blast sepolia测试网，然后点击get started

4 转发指定推文，然后领取测试网eth，此水龙头已经没水，但因为刚开始已经领取好测试eth所以直接进行第三步

5 点击mint，获取10000个pUSD

6 返回首页，然后分别开多，开跌，体验swap功能，尽量多体验几个交易对

7 选择earn，点击new lp，输入数量，点击provide lp，授权，确认即可
