1 小狐狸切换至BSC测试网，参数如下： 名称：Binance Smart Chain Testnet RPC URL：[https://data-seed-prebsc-1-s1.binance.org:8545](https://data-seed-prebsc-1-s1.binance.org:8545) 链ID：97 符号：tBNB

2 进入水龙头 [https://app.testnet.uniwhale.co/faucet](https://app.testnet.uniwhale.co/faucet) 链接钱包，先领取领取tBNB，再领取tusd

3 前往测试网 [https://app.testnet.uniwhale.co/](https://app.testnet.uniwhale.co/) 并链接钱包

4 在 ETH/tUSD 对中开多，倍数随意

5 在 BTC/tUSD 对中开空，倍数随意

6 所有操作记录在页面下方可看到

7 减仓/平仓操作，比例随意

8 等十分钟后，去POAP页面做任务领取POAP,都是平常任务
