先去Goerli 測試網領水（如果沒有測試網gETH的話） https://goerlifaucet.com/ 2. 到mentle 水龍頭去mint 測試token BIT https://faucet.testnet.mantle.xyz/ 3. 將測試幣 BIT 透過mantle bridge 跨到 mantle測試網 https://bridge.testnet.mantle.xyz/deposit 4. 添加mantle 測試網路，直接到chainlist上找尋並添加即可 http://chainlist.org/?search=mantle&testnets=true 如果擔心的話也可以手動添加， 網路名稱：Mantle Testnet RPC URL:https://rpc.testnet.mantle.xyz ID：5001 符號：BIT scan瀏覽器：https://explorer.testnet.mantle.xyz 5. 到mantle 上的swap 參與swap, add liquidity https://testnet.mantleswap.org/tools 到mantle swap可以先來領取mantle swap測試幣 https://testnet.mantleswap.org/tools 6. 加入crew 3 完成任務，領取測試獎勵（個人估計跟空投有關） https://zealy.io/c/mantle/invite/vRfRYCPRGrxLrZuml2VmS 7. 如果想獲得更多空投，需要買點Mantle的治理代幣 BIT參與投票交互（可以小買個10u) 以太上的BIT 合約地址：0x1A4b46696b2bB4794Eb3D4c26f1c55F9170fa4C5 8. 如有購買BIT代幣，接著可以來這裡先delegate投票（看給誰，給自己或給別人都可以） https://delegate.bitdao.io/ 9. 如果delegate給自己，則需要再來snapshot上參與投票 https://snapshot.org/#/bitdao.eth 最後就是持續完成crew3任務即可！
