# 2023.12月 最新手把手 eigenlayer 测试网 交互教程

eigenlayer主网已经上线，我依然在发测试网的教程，我也不知道我在做什么

问就是穷！

eigenlayer的质押有两种方式，第一种是stETH，第二种是rETH

第一种方式：

由于golier测试网即将关闭，和Ldo的合约交互几乎换不了stETH。

例：向0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F发送测试网的gETH，会发生合约交互失败，你无法获得stETH

第二种：rETH得从rocketpool获取，但是rocketpool已经迁移到Holesky测试网，所以你也无法获取rETH（24年取代golier测试网的下一代测试网）

解决方案： 1、测试网水龙头挖矿领ETH水，然后到uniswap兑换stETH、rETH（推荐）

最低生成0.02才可以领取，只需要等待1、2分钟

一次最高可以领取1 ETH，平均半小时能领到1 ETH

领到足够的水后打开uniswap

切换至ETH主网，再切回golier网，此时输入合约地址就可以swap到stETH和rETH

滑点设置为1%

虽然少得可怜，汇率离谱，但是总比没有强

2、Paradigm测试网领ETH水，一次0.01 ETH，少得可怜，不推荐。之后到uniswap兑换stETH和rETH，步骤和方案1一样

换完stETH和rETH后到 eigenlayer质押

随便选一个进行委托
