# Article #3- Alpha Phases

**The first time is always the hardest.**

The journey of taking tangled overgrowth and turning it into a path takes time.

We will take our time, and do it right.

We will begin in familiar territory, with the PFP collection and the Keys during Alpha,

but the overgrowth awaits.

Hitmakr. The Arcade. Icebergs. All of these use cases, all of these innovations in the way communities interact with each other. We aim to map these uncharted territories, and go where none have gone before.\*\* \*\*

Alpha is here, and it’ll be broken in 3 phases. By the end of this Alpha Phase, the revolution will create a fire that cannot be extinguished. We will lay the foundation, and take the first steps towards changing the way we interact with our communities.

The first phase is about consolidation. Consolidate:

*   The Team
    
*   The Dream
    
*   The Means
    

\*\* \*\*That just means we have to build the foundation, and begin the point we will embark on this journey from. The Alpine Sale is indicative of this phase. When the sale is over, this phase concludes. At that point, all 3 of those requirements will have been met 100%.

**From here,**

**We move to phase two.**

Phase 2 will be about finalizing the internals of the Protocol, and ensuring modularity at all key points. We want to make sure the gateway is malleable enough to fit to the needs of any one community, and simple enough that any one person can create, or participate in a community.\*\* \*\*

We will also focus on some of our IPs, like Hitmakr, the Arcade, and Explorers. The genesis collection will occur during this phase, and grant lifetime access to every Igloo IPO (through the Founder’s Clause). 

The end of the sale will indicate the beginning of **Phase 3:**

**Scaling.**

We will release our IPs based around the 3 pillars in this order:

*   PROJECT: Explorers 
    
*   Hitmakr
    
*   Arcade
    
*   Icebergs
    

And allow for all Founders and Genesis Key Holders to participate in the Alpha for all 4 Igloos. 

With the Explorers coming first, we will begin to tease the collection during Phase 2, but it will release during Phase 3. It will begin in “familiar territory” during phase 3, but the collection will be expanded upon with every new Igloo introduced, with the conclusion of the Iceberg Alpha launch.

Phase 3 will conclude with the introduction of Iceberg Alpha.

By this point, the revolution will be too big to stop. They’ll have no choice but to notice.

The date for Igloo Beta will be announced during Phase 3.
