说下我的解读吧：

1、参与过测试网的，都可以凭sei的账号领取空投，领取的数量不确定，（8点主网后）领取的地址是 [app.sei.io](http://app.sei.io)

2、没有参与测试网也没关系，如果你是各个链上面的活跃用户（被空投账号），也是可以享受到空投的资格。这个资格需要你从各个链把对应的资产跨链桥到sei上，有些桥很慢，例如eth，要超过1个小时

3、这次空投的女巫是有判断的，标准比较简单：有没有多个dc和推链接同一个钱包地址，如果是有会被合并进度；有没有集群操作，如果是有，会被剔除，剔除的是7k个集群

注意事项1：第2点，使用sei和其他链活跃账号绑定的时候，千万千万别用有领取空投资格的sei账号，这样你可能会失去sei账号的空投。

注意事项2：记得更新好钱包。

官方推荐的：Compass Wallet

蛋疼的点：可能因为这个规则，人手几十sei是终局。
