# Happy Sunday

Another wonderful day has just arrived in my place and fortunately it is sunny! 🌞

I am about to prepare breakfast and I will leave soon to hospital to take care of my mother-in-law. Today is my shift and I will be there until 14h (2 p.m) when the next caretaker will change shifts with me.

My heart is feeling a lot lighter today and everything seems to be in the right place. Yesterday, before going to bed, I caught up my reading, performed my meditation (as I always do for over 30 years) and my sleep came calmly and lots of dreams, which I remember. This is something interesting: everyday I remember my dreams very clearly. Do you remember yours?

So, I will keep moving now and leave you with this picture of my lovely Tito, calling me to play with him! I know it is Sunday, but as I missed  [#Caturday](https://www.torum.com/search/?keyword=#Caturday), this is a late participation.
