# Pleasantly surprised

I joined this while I was trying to wrap my head around Web3. I’m still trying to do that but the difference between then and now is that 1) web3 is still around and gaining an immense amount of steam and 2) paragraph is still here! I think I’ll stick it out and keep learning.
