This reaches the point where they not only compete with each other, but with any product that receives **our attention.**

The CEO of Netflix himself stated that his main enemy is the **"Sleep"** 😴

They look for a way for us not to sleep in order to continue consuming series. It doesn’t matter what we want, but what they need.

Another example is Tinder who, with fake profiles (sorry if I broke your illusion 💔) encourage us to buy their premium subscription to have more opportunities.

What do we do?

The only solution is to become aware. Social networks are a drug, and as such, we must control them. It is a long and difficult process, but not impossible.
