Intel has been actively promoting a four-year five-generation technology node strategy, with the conversion of 7, 4, 3, 20A, 18A from 2021 to 2024. Of these, 20A and 18A will move into the Emi era, broadly understood as equivalent to 2nm and 1.8nm, with distinction. The Intel 20A process will introduce two entirely new processes, the power of the back power of Via and the Ribbon FET ring bypassing the very crystalline system.

Through the PowerVia technology, traditional power formations, which are located in a positive chips, can be adapted to the back, which can reduce power noise, power disruption, optimize the distribution of electricity and improve overall energy efficiency. At the upcoming VLSI Symposium 2023, Intel will exhibit a test chip based on four processes, using Power Via technology, which uses the E nuclear structure with a space of 2.9 square mm, benefiting from PowerVia technology, with a utilization factor of over 90 per cent of the region. In addition, Power Via technology has generated more than 5 per cent of the frequencies, which have been slightly overtaken, but acceptable, and thermal energy consumption is expected. Intel, in addition to its own products, plans are also made to use Power Via technology as a proxy for clients to demonstrate their capabilities well in advance.
