This post is in pure honor to Union Square Ventures, a venture capital partnership based out of New York City. I have been reading Fred Wilson’s blog for at least the past six years which you can find here. Fred has been an inspiration and a teacher to me on several levels. If you are interested in technology, venture capital, and general life advice I recommend reading his posts by looking through his archive. To get you started have a look at this post on ‘Why Trust Matters’. His partner Albert Wenger is also a polymath who has written a thought-provoking book called ‘World after Capital’ which unpacks his reading on where humanity is headed through the current economic and industrial revolution.
