# Camp

They took the tent and several sets of bedding, placing it in the camper. Marcus was glad to see a camper, as opposed to a truck or SUV like some campers had. Camping was not like the battlefield, in fact. Every battle was its own battlefield, like fighting a war. In a battle, everyone had a battle buddy. The enemy fought for him. In battle, Marcus knew he had to let the enemy fight for him, too, but he hated it. After being forced to admit to himself that he was wrong about things, Marcus was determined to prove he was still right, and he would do so by staying on the offense. That meant camping out in the desert somewhere and camping out with other boys, not girls. The camp called itself Camp Galaxy, but the campers knew there was more to it than just a camp name. Camp Galaxy was really just a camp, run by the enemy campers. What confused the campers was that the campers came from the campground, which was on Camp Galaxy's territory.
