Time changes perspective, right? This morning, I saw a great quote from the Dalai Lama. "Wisdom is like an arrow. The serene mind is the bow that shoots." It takes a LOT of practice to get to any moment of serenity, let alone sustained serenity. In the Art of War, Sun Tzu uses the bow and arrow analogy in a different way. The taut bow represents momentum. Knowing when to release the arrow is timing. Putting these together makes me think that wisdom is accumulated momentum of knowledge. Having a serene mind gives the sense of timing. Together, you get clarity.
