Bureaucracy doesn’t always work, but it works often.

The challenge is that it doesn’t always work on the schedule we might want or need.

And the bureaucracy doesn’t care about your emergency.

But, it does tell you that, if you plan and you’re patient, you’ll usually get what you need.

Probably a good lesson for life
