# Leadership and Strategy Execution

I just returned from a week and a half in Europe, where I spent a lot of time with my teammates and colleagues.

It was both empowering and humbling.

Humbling because the in-person discussions give you the opportunity to hear the candid feedback, all delivered very kindly, about where I could be doing better.

Empowering because I learned so much, in such a short time, about the need for clarity, the importance of setting a vision, how strategy is the result of the alignment between vision and capabilities, and where OKRs as the best vehicle for ensuring strategy execution fit in.

We’re on to something special at [Radix](https://www.radixdlt.com).

Now that FTX, along with the others, have exploded, we’re clearing out the debris.

One day, DeFi will be obvious in hindsight. Today’s not that day for most people, which is fine.

But, thanks to the team that is forming around me, I believe that I’ll be able to do all I can to help bring that day about.

It’s Game Time for DeFi.
