# Pulled Muscle

I am stretched unnaturally. My shape was taken to a new place. It was an effort to protect, but now I have paid a price for it, despite my good intentions. I seek relief and while there are ways to help alleviate, there are no ways to fully remedy, except one. Time. #Patience
