What I am trying to find out by conducting this process is:

> What are the non-obvious emerging markets that will explode in the next half-decade?

The specific questions that I currently have listed to ask the “Horizon Scanning Dream Team” are the following:

*   What are 3-5 things that few people think about or know about today but everyone will know about in 5 years?
    
*   What are the key catalysts for accelerating the arrival of that moment?
    
*   What will be the implications of the mainstream arrival of those things?
    

Rob has also suggested that we can plot out the answers in a visual way in order to get a more coherent view of where the patterns exist. We’ll be tackling that this week in advance of the first “Horizon Discussions” on Friday.
