# Weak Strength

This isn’t to say that you shouldn’t be physically strong or competent.

It’s about mental complacency.

One of the core values of my family (and if you ask any of my kids, they will cite them) is “Never Stop Marketing,” the name of my former consulting firm.

The name came from my observation that many companies generate sales and then turn their attention to delivering to those clients (which makes sense).

However, it comes at a price, which is that they divert their attention from driving future leads. Essentially, they are so busy reaping, that they are not sowing.

But “never stop marketing” isn’t about just business. It’s about…everything (which is why it’s a core value).

The challenge is significant.

Reap AND sow.

Be strong AND be weak.

It’s like a quantum superposition of existential states.

Step out of the binary into the wave, the flow, the perpetual change and be all, all at once.
