# Well-Functioning Teams

Feeling really blessed these days. My team at RDX Works has come together in an amazing way over the past 6 weeks. We’ve hit another stride. Sometimes it’s frustrating that orchestration among teams can feel disjointed, but sometimes it just takes a while for the pieces to fit in where they belong. The beautiful thing about a well-functioning team is how much space it gives me in my day to to the deep thinking work that is required if we’re going to make it. I knew teams were important, but my appreciation for how important they are to a successful marketing effort has expanded and that’s because the team has shown me.
