This article will provide a detailed guide on how to connect, get test assets and try out the main Olive Finance mechanics. Connecting to the Testnet To get started, go to https://oliveapp.finance/?ref=7Fu4jdnC. Click the “Connect Wallet” button and choose your option. After that, you will need to enter an invite code: 7Fu4jdnC The code will activate access to the testnet. After verification, you will receive a welcome bonus — your first Olive Drops? Getting Test Tokens To experiment with Olive products, you will need test coins. Go to the “Faucet” section on the website and click the mint button. You will be able to mint the required amount of test tokens — ETH, USDC, WBTC and others. If you need more test ETH for gas, use the Arbitrum Goerli faucet. It will give you Goerli ETH for transactions on Olive testnet. Vaults and Leverage Let’s try out the main Olive Finance feature — vaults with leverage opportunities. Go to “Vaults”, choose a pool of interest and enter your deposit amount. Then you can configure the required leverage up to 10x. Pay attention to the Health Factor — it should be above 1 to avoid liquidation. Set the ETH spend limit and press “Confirm”. After paying gas, you will receive the expected amount of oTokens — their balance will grow according to vault settings. Monitor position changes and rebalance leverage if needed. Lending Pools Deposits into Olive vaults borrow from special lending pools. Let’s provide liquidity to the USDC pool. Go to the needed pool page and enter your deposit amount. Confirm the transaction — you will receive aUSDC that will start accumulating interest from borrowings. To withdraw, specify the required amount of aTokens and press “Withdraw”.
