# Eigenlayer 开放第一阶段公共测试网，3 分钟极简交互教程

以太坊重质押协议 EigenLayer 已开放了第一阶段的公共测试网，IOSG 投资助理 Jiawei 撰写了 3 分钟极简交互教程。 如果你在 Goerli 测试网上还没有 ETH，请先在 https://goerlifaucet.com 水龙头获取。当前 EigenLayer 的测试网（https://goerli.eigenlayer.xyz）提供了两种 Restaking 方式：LSD Restaking 和 Native Restaking，对于新手我们更推荐前一种方式。你需要在测试网上获取 Rocketpool 的 rETH 以及 Lido 的 stETH。 在这里（https://testnet.rocketpool.net）将你的 Goerli ETH 兑换为 Rocketpool 的 rETH。要获取 Lido 的 stETH，请在小狐狸钱包点击「发送」，并复制合约地址（0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F），接下来选择你想要兑换的 stETH 数量，并根据指示完成兑换。兑换成功后，在钱包里复制上述地址，添加 stETH 到钱包。接下来可以回到 EigenLayer 的测试网主页进行 Restaking。分别点击 Rocketpool ETH 和 Lido Staked ETH 的选项，根据指示完成 Restaking 即可。
