I’m not very good at this. After settling into the community and - just as I did with Ethereum - decided to learn more about the actual blockchain fundamentals rather than chase coins and gains, I came across multiple project builders, shillers, creators, writers, Tweeters, Discorders, and a wide variety of wide-eyed bushy-tailed eager learners like me wanting to get involved with the more important aspects of decentralized sovereignty.AramarIn secondary school, I recall a visiting day (a Sunday when family/friends were allowed to visit and picnic with students at boarding school) when a friend of mine was watching with his brother an episode of Naruto. It was an interesting one too - the arc where Konoha Genin/Chunin are going after Sasuke to get him back - and Neji is fighting Kidomaru! To follow the constant CNFT drops, I found a CNFT calendar listing the upcoming releases for projects. There was one that caught my eye called ADA Ninjaz; between the art and already released manga on their website - I was sold on it already. But more than this, I felt I could not contribute to multiple communities and bring my best abilities if my attention was split across multiple Discord channels and Twitter spaces. I had learnt this already getting into Ethereum and DAOing; I can’t be everywhere and do everything. I had already doubled down on BanklessDAO and DAOpunks; both projects with expansive visions and goals.AtsukoOnce I got into university, I was following Naruto and Bleach. But then some day I uncovered a manga that looked familiar to me - Rurouni Kenshin - which was the Samurai X story I never followed when I was younger. Mangas and Animes were such an interesting world to get into; peeking into some elements of Japanese culture and having fun learning about intricate stories of characters finding themselves and their purpose through some sort of journey.ADA Ninjaz has been my primary Cardano project to be involved in - outside of researching and learning about the blockchain and initiatives constantly brewing in the space around DeFi, Music NFTs, Decentralization, Staking & Stake pools etc. I’ve grown to appreciate more and more the ADA Ninjaz project because of the amount of value delivered in the space; from NFTs to Manga to Music, and soon Video game (today!) and Anime series (some time in time…waiting). It’s great to work and play in a space where you give and receive value. Fun times ahead.
