The following quasi-pitch deck, I completed as part of my M.Arch thesis in 2017/18. This is both a critique of the dominant "top-down" system in real estate development and proposal for a platform called notice that would facilitate a new "bottom-up" system of real estate development and community ownership. My ideas on the application back in 2017/2018 were based upon web2. I was not forward thinking enough at the time to see this through web3. This is what I am in the midst of evaluating/designing at the moment. How to move from the ideas below into web3. But for the sake of putting it down on paper, dropping my prior web2 pitch below.
