Happiness, in my opinion, is a state of unity with God, the source of all life's blessings. When you feel complete unity with God, the feeling can be very sharp and bright, it cannot be confused with any other, and this is happiness of the highest order. From this is born filial love for God the Father. Filial love and gratitude to God are manifested in love for our neighbor, for the people who surround us. Therefore, believers often feel happy, and I know this for sure, they are always kinder to others, always ready to help and sympathize
