*   How much total funds has the company raised?
    
*   Where is the company registered?
    
*   How many full-time employees does the company have?
    
*   Does the company provide employees' LinkedIn links?
    
    *   Are they still working at the company?
        
    *   Check the key employees LinkedIn
        
*   Who are the key investors for the company? **To check this we have to check the investors' website.**
    
*   Do the investors include any famous investors in the crypto space?
    
*   When is the company founded?
    
*   Who are the key partners for the company?
    
    **This would be the difficult part since putting companies as a partner on a website is very easy even though there isn't a partnership between them. This step will be needed to some efforts to check the partnership is real or not.**
    

### product/competitors

*   Does the white paper have consistency?
    
*   What kind of issue will the product solve?
    
    *   Does the issue need to use blockchain technology to solve?
        
*   Which network does/will the product use?
    
*   Who are the competitors of the product?
    
*   What is the difference between the company and competitors?
    
*   How long does the company develop the product?
    
*   Does the company show milestones (long term/short term)?
    
*   Does the company maintain some public repos?
    
*   Does the company conduct a smart contract audits?
    
*   Does the company have a clear plan for scalability?
    
*   Try a project/product
    
*   GitHub/Dev documents (if you have a software engineering background)
    

### marketing/pr

*   Does the company have any Telegram groups?
    
    *   How many people are there? + active?
        
    *   How often does the community manager post?
        
    *   Does the company be alert to scams? **Unfortunately, there is no tool to assess a Telegram group since the group itself is managed by a company/a project. So this means that we will need to check conversations in a group manually.**
        
*   Does the company have a Twitter account?
    
    *   Check the account by [https://www.twitteraudit.com/](https://www.twitteraudit.com/)
        
*   Does the company have a Medium account?
    
    *   How often do they post?
        
    *   Who does post an article? (marketing/pr | developer | founders)
        
*   Does the company have a GitHub account?
    
    *   How many stars did they get?
        
*   Does the company have an official website
    
*   Does Lunarcrush have a link for the project
    
*   Does the company have a Discord?
    
    *   How many people are registered? + active?
        
    *   How often do the company people post something?
        
    *   Does the Discord group support multiple language channels?

*   Has the company conducted AMA?
    
    *   If yes, how often? and which channel are they using?
        
    *   Does AMA involve one of the founders or c-level people?
        
*   Do any influencers mention the company/project voluntarily?
    

### tokenomics

*   How many tokens will be reserved for the team/investors?
    
    *   How long will their tokens be locked?
        
*   What is the project's TVL(Total Value Locked)?
    
*   What does the token release schedule look like?
    
*   How many tokens will be air-dropped?
    
*   How many tokens will be in pre-sale?
    
*   How many tokens will be in public sale?
    
*   Will they plan to any IDO/IEO instead of ICO?
    
*   How much is the token price?
    
*   Are there any jumps/drops?
    
*   How many exchange platforms do list the token?
