Join us as we unwrap the story of Kaira in 2023, celebrating our successes and setting the stage for an even more exciting future!January 5: Graduated IsBank’s Incubation ProgramWe graduated from IsBank (one of Turkey's largest banks) Workup Program with Hackquarters, and our Co-Founder & CEO, Mesut Gulecen, gave an amazing presentation on stage.April 8: Launched MVP on Lens ProtocolWe launched our MVP version on Lens Protocol and provided access to whitelisted users. Over 1,000 whitelisted users were onboarded to this version, helping us to identify bugs and give feedback to improve the user experience.May 19: Pitched on EDCON 2023 EventOur team attended the EDCON 2023 event in Montenegro, and Kaira was one of the projects that was pitched on stage.June 28: OpenAI IntegrationWe introduced our OpenAI integration to empower content creators with more inspiration while they comment on each other's work. They can choose a tone, language, and an optional prompt to generate draft comments. We are planning to launch new AI-powered features.Augustus 25: Attended to Coinfest Asia 2023 EventOur team attended the Coinfest Asia 2023 event in Bali to network and explore potential collaborations for the Asia-Pacific market.September 11-17: Attended Token2049 Singapore WeekWe attended the Token249 Singapore event and over 20 side events this week, including the "DeSoc Unleashed x Web3 Social House" event organized by Tako Protocol in Singapore. It was exciting to witness the DeSoc ecosystem building from the ground up and expanding. Additionally, it was a pleasure to meet our Lens friends there, such as the founder of Orb.November 2: Lens Protocol V2 MigrationKaira upgraded to Lens Protocol V2 to enhance the Web3 social experience. With this upgrade, we integrated Lens Protocol's Momoka solution and completed some user experience improvements and optimizations.November 7: Attended Binance Blockchain WeekWe attended the Binance Blockchain Week event in Istanbul. Meeting with many amazing people and projects was a priceless experience for us.November 13 - 20: Attended DevConnect Istanbul WeekWe attended the DevConnect Istanbul event and over 30 side events this week. Our CEO, Mesut Gulecen, was one of the speakers at the ETHGunu event. Additionally, we attended and enjoyed the best RAAVE party in Istanbul with Stani. Throughout this week, we met countless new people, including the core teams of Manta Network, Scroll, Chiliz, SheFi, and Phaver.Kaira's DevConnect RecapNovember 27: WalletConnect IntegrationWe integrated WalletConnect into the Kaira platform. This was one of the important integrations for Kaira's upcoming mobile experience with the Kaira v2 upgrade.December 18: Upgraded to an 'all-in-one' Social Media PlatformKaira now supports viewing content from all Lens apps and allows the posting of various types of content. This enhancement is key in establishing Kaira as a comprehensive 'all-in-one' social media platform, anticipating the Kaira v2 upgrade. Users can now directly engage with content from all Lens apps on Kaira's feed, create posts, initiate discussion topics, or share photos. Throughout this year, starting with our MVP version and continuing with our Beta V1, we collected feedback from our users and data based on their behavior on the platform. Using these insights, we began building our V2, set to launch with the new year. Kaira V2 will feature a completely new UI and UX, along with many new features, integrations, and partnerships. It's exciting to see that the timing also aligns with market sentiment, making it an opportune moment to begin public onboarding soon. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each member of our community for being an integral part of this incredible journey.
