# 4.1 组织架构已然成熟的公会：Merit Circle

Merit Circle 的内部架构与 YGG 基本一致，分为主 DAO 和子 DAO，并有 Axie 和 Vulcan Forged 两个成熟的游戏子 DAO，它们的资产所有权和收益分配情况甚至比 YGG 公布的还要详细。 参考 SubDAO 金库的赏金分配方式，Merit Circle 为不同的游戏机制定制了不同的资金库，并给出了已经成熟的 Axie Infinity 作为范例。此外，Merit Circle 还参与了各种游戏项目，收购了 Big Time 的地块（未来运营计划尚未公布），并在 Cyball 初期阶段对其进行了投资，形成了战略合作伙伴关系。
